The Bulldog KP100 Kingpin lock for HGV’s is designed to be fitted to the fifth wheel of trailer units to prevent unauthorised coupling of tractor and trailer units.
The main body of the KP100 is made from impact resistant SG iron. It is also very easy to fit and completely portable.
A seriously heavy duty piece of kit, this lock comes complete with Bulldog’s famous and highly developed Super Lock Bolt which has a 1″ (25.4mm) diameter case hardened body and a drill and pick resistant lock with over 1 million possible key combinations.
The Bulldog KP100 comes with 2 keys as standard. When ordering multiple locks it is worth considering having the locks keyed alike so that one key can open multiple locks (particularly useful for fleet and multi user applications).
King Pin locks come with a PVC carrier for clean and grease free handling and storage.
The Bulldog KP100 is independently tested and approved by SCM. Approval number MP030416.
