Based on government advice, we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of both our customer’s and staff members whilst continuing to service our customer’s who need us. Our trade counter is still open to customers for key cutting and spare parts, and our locksmiths are available for emergency lock outs and lock repairs. We are also carrying out installations that are considered vital to the supply chain.

If visiting the trade counter you will notice that we have installed a video intercom to limit the number of people entering the store at any one time. Please press the call button to alert staff of your arrival.
